Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of this website and enquiries or bookings with Gem Stone in Queensland, Australia. They are general website terms and are not legal advice.

1. Adults only

This website and all services are strictly for consenting adults aged 18 or over. No person under 18 may enquire, book or attend.

2. Services and boundaries

Enquiries are for companionship, conversation, relaxation and private time between consenting adults. Clear communication, personal boundaries and consent are required at all times. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Illegal, coercive, abusive, exploitative or unsafe conduct is not permitted.

3. Respect and safety

Disrespectful, threatening, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour may result in an enquiry or booking being refused or ended. Please provide accurate information relevant to safety and advise of any boundaries before confirmation.

4. Bookings, rates and travel

Current rates are published on the Prices page. Standard bookings are $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Overnight bookings are $500. Outcall is an additional $100 or the agreed equivalent of reasonable Uber travel costs both ways. A booking is confirmed only after details and arrangements are agreed.

5. Cancellations and payment

At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellation. A cancellation made less than five hours before the agreed time may incur a 50% fee. A no-show or very late cancellation may incur the full agreed charge. No refunds or chargebacks are available after a session has commenced, except where required by law. Payment methods are agreed before confirmation.

6. Privacy and communications

Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The website may include an automated AI chat assistant. It is provided for general information and enquiry support; it is not a human, does not guarantee availability, and should not be used for emergencies.

7. Website use

Do not scrape, copy, republish or misuse website content, images or contact details. You must comply with applicable Australian and Queensland laws.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the courts and tribunals of Queensland, subject to applicable law.

9. Support and industry membership

Gem Stone supports safe, informed and respectful sex-work practices and is a member of Respect Queensland, an organisation supporting Queensland sex workers.
